1 Definitions & Acceptance of Terms

In these Terms & Conditions, references to "Rich 198", "we" or "platform" refers to the website and services operated under the Rich 198 brand at rich198.com. References to "you" or "player" refers to any individual who registers an account or uses our platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rich 198. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Rich 198 platform, you automatically agree to comply with all rules, policies, and guidelines set out in this document.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age & Nationality Requirements

To register a Rich 198 account and use our platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• At least 18 years on the date of registration.
• Reside in or access the platform from Malaysia.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or be prohibited from gambling activities by any authority.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at Rich 198. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or identity details — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances and bonuses.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide information that is accurate, complete, and up to date during registration. Rich 198 reserves the right to verify all submitted information at any time. Any false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of winnings.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Rich 198 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

To make a withdrawal, your account must have completed the KYC verification process. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for your last deposit, except in special circumstances approved by the Rich 198 finance team.

• Maximum daily withdrawal limit: RM 30,000
• Maximum weekly withdrawal limit: RM 100,000
• Requests exceeding this limit are subject to additional approval.

3.3 Deposits for Gambling Purposes Only

All funds deposited into a Rich 198 account are solely for gambling and wagering purposes. Rich 198 is not a financial institution and does not hold funds on your behalf for any other purpose. Unused funds remaining for more than 180 days may be subject to an inactive account management fee.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Bonus Eligibility Conditions

All bonuses and promotions offered by Rich 198 are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Each player is entitled to claim each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

• Daily deposit bonus: wagering requirement 15x bonus amount
• Cashback bonus: wagering requirement 5x total cashback amount
• Timeframe to fulfil wagering requirements: 14 days from the date the bonus is credited

4.3 Games Eligible to Fulfil Wagering Requirements

Not all games contribute equally towards meeting bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as blackjack and roulette contribute 10%. E-Sports betting contributes 50%. Rich 198 reserves the right to amend this contribution percentage with notice to players.

5 Game Rules

5.1 Game Integrity

All games on Rich 198 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent internationally accredited bodies. This ensures every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including Rich 198 itself.

5.2 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption, loss of internet connection, or system failure during an active game session, Rich 198 will endeavour to restore the session to the last state confirmed by our system. If restoration is not possible, any affected bets will be returned to the player's account.

5.3 Prohibited Conduct

The use of automation software, bots, cheating, collusion, or any other unfair means to gain an undue advantage is strictly prohibited. Rich 198 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of such activity and take appropriate action, including account closure and forfeiture of winnings.

6 E-Sports Betting

6.1 Available Esports Markets

Rich 198 offers esports betting covering major tournaments such as MPL Malaysia (Mobile Legends: Bang Bang), MSC, SEA-level Dota 2 tournaments, CS2 IEM, and Valorant Champions Tour Asia Pacific. Betting markets include match winner, map handicap, total kills, and more.

6.2 Esports Bet Cancellation

E-sports bets will be voided and fully refunded if:

• Match postponed more than 12 hours from the scheduled time
• Match cancelled or not completed in the scheduled format
• A significant technical error in the live odds data feed has occurred

6.3 E-Sports Live Odds

For in-play betting, odds are updated in near real-time. Rich 198 reserves the right to suspend acceptance of new bets during critical periods such as team timeouts or broadcaster technical interruptions without prior notice.

7 Account Security & KYC

7.1 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your Rich 198 username and password confidential. Please ensure you log out of the platform after each session, especially on shared devices. Rich 198 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence.

7.2 KYC (Know Your Customer) Process

Rich 198 complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements by conducting a KYC process. Required documents include:

• Identity Card (MyKad) – both sides
• Proof of current address – utility bill or bank statement (not older than 3 months)
• Selfie photo holding a MyKad (if requested)

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours working. Unverified accounts may make deposits, but withdrawal limits will be restricted until KYC is complete.

8 Account Closure & Restriction

Rich 198 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any player's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual
• Bonus or promotion abuse
• Use of automation software or bots
• Failure to meet KYC requirements within the stipulated timeframe
• Player found to be under 18 years of age

Rich 198's maximum liability to any player under any circumstance shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Amendments to Terms & Conditions
